The Roosevelt Ballroom can seat 250 guests for a meal with full place settings on our 5-foot round tables and upholstered banquet chairs and an ample dance floor. In a cocktail setting, more than 300 guests can fit comfortably since there is generally less seating and the tables are not set with full place settings. If your ceremony is in a separate room from your reception you may can save some money by not even having speakers or a mic. This allows us to call on your behalf to inquire about room blocks that result in a lower room rate than if you were to call on your own!
